New Communication Procedures

At Markham Veterinary Clinic, our focus is on the health and well-being of the pets and their parents in our community.  Due to an increased volume of phone calls during this time, we are asking clients to follow the following new communication procedures:
  1. Email us at [email protected] for food orders and medications. We will respond to the email or call when medication/food is ready. This includes requests for flea, tick or heartworm medicines.
  2. For appointments at the clinic, please text us on our clinic cell phone # 647-261-9860 when you arrive. Text us with your pet’s name and last name to let us know you are in front of the clinic. A member of our team will call you to get history and start the appointment.
At Markham Veterinary Clinic, we’re working hard to provide essential services and access to items necessary to care for our furry family members. We will notify you when we transition to seeing non-urgent appointments (estimated timing is June 2020). In the meantime, please contact us at (905) 294-0522 with any urgent needs.
